Minowa-ya is not just a ramen shop.
We simmer over 100kg of bones every day, keeping the fire burning even during business hours, and continuously aging the pork bones using a traditional method called "call-back."
Through this one drink, I felt, "I'm glad I came today."
We are seriously working to create a space that makes people feel that way.
Therefore, technology isn't the only thing that's needed.
We want to work with people who are honest, diligent, humble, willing to work for their colleagues, and genuinely want to grow.

To be honest, it's a bit old-fashioned. But because of that, I'll really engage with you and teach you with all my heart.
Making ramen isn't something one person can do alone. From preparing the soup to serving customers and washing dishes, it's a job where everyone works together to complete a single bowl.
It's tough. But that makes it incredibly fun.
