Throughout my relentless pursuit of making ramen, I've met so many wonderful people: those who help me build the shop, those who manage our e-commerce site and social media, and those who handle the design. I've also received encouragement and constructive criticism from many experienced ramen shop owners, and Taisei Foods, from whom I source my noodles, has provided support that goes beyond just supplying the ingredients.
On August 1, 2022, I established Minowa-ya Co., Ltd. in partnership with Mr. Minowa. Then, in October, we finally found the property we had been searching for in Nakano Ward, Tokyo.
The crowdfunding campaign launched simultaneously to open the store reached its initial target amount in just four hours.
